What We Do
We provide all of the
resources needed to sort, organize, display, research, price, advertise,
and sell the contents of the home or estate. We can
also make arrangements for disposition of unsold items.
Sooner or later,
there will come a time in most everyone’s life when they will have to
decide how to liquidate personal property, either theirs or that of a
loved one. There are many reasons why the family
possessions may need to be liquidated: moving and the need to reduce the
amount of items to be relocated, combining households, downsizing,
breaking up housekeeping, the death of a loved one, or simply the need
for a smaller home. Regardless the reason, this
process can be a very emotional, stressful and physically challenging
task.
